Officers and Stewards accommodation stripped out. Timber deck, stairs and fresh water tank behind stairs still to remove.
All materials in accommodation moved up into lounge through access cut in deck above. They will be weighed and moved ashore to scrap. All timber decking in the lounge will be removed and replaced with steel deck.
Jeannie Deans Lounge. Deckhead stripped and bar structure being dismantled for future use elsewhere.
Forward crew accommodation completely stripped. To be shot blasted and fitted with steel double bottom.
Wheelhouse and Master’s cabin ashore for future use while deck shelter is being demolished.
Foremast and Wheelhouse removed.
