Engine Room stripping continues

2nd April. During the week and a half that Balmoral has been in Albion Dry Dock work has progressed very well, the good weather having helped. Almost all of the redundant components and pipe work have been removed from the engine room, and the funnel has been stripped of its internal parts. Tomorrow the section of deck aft of the engine room casing will be removed to create an aperture large enough to lift the Sirrons through.
